The venue is beautiful however sadly the direct staff that were part of coordinating our event were extremely rude, 0 professionalism, and only contributed to more stress the day of the event. I also sent an email about our unfortunate experience, and not one response. Sad to say, they were on top of taking payment and then it immediately went downhill. Please be careful about booking, they presented one way including to be flexible, yet only exhibited a horrific experience not to mention the awful smell coming from the sewer outdoor/where our seating and dance floor was. Then when we advised the staff she said she couldn’t smell it. The awful smell lingered to the inside while our guests had dinner. Just awful.

We were looking for a venue to host our wedding that hosts at least 100 people, is somewhat scenic, lets you provide your own catering and alcohol and doesn't charge a handful of nonsense fees. This place did absolutely that and at the most affordable price we could find over about 2 years of searching. Highly recommend if you're looking for a DIY approach with a laidback, nonchalant booking/communication vibe. Absolutely no complaints and pleasant booking experience!

Had my baby’s 1st birthday here and the venue was beautiful and spacious! The event specialist Carolina was easy to work with, she was very friendly and accommodating. The other staff were also really nice.

My husband and I just had our wedding at Ahwatukee Event Center in June and could not be happier with our choice of venue. Carolina was so kind and easy to work with during the planning stages and made sure we were happy every step of the way. She also had great communication so we were able to keep on a timeline and get everything done when we needed to. The staff on the day of were also so helpful and accommodating to make sure all the guests were happy. The venue was beautiful - with a ceremony room, reception room, outdoor patios, and a huge outdoor bar (which was a hit!). Not to mention, the scenic background of the south mountains and sunset were incredible and a great photo opportunity for guests. We definitely recommend this venue as it is perfect for a wedding or any parties and the staff were AMAZING!!! We will be planning events here in the future!
